Click & Collect

This option is completely free. Once you receive your order placed confirmation email, we will contact you with time slots available to collect your items in store (65 Main Street, Cockermouth, CA13 9JS).

Royal Mail First Class

If your order is placed by Midday this will be sent out for an aimed delivery of next day, with slight delays at busier times. This option is NOT signed for and will be sent to your local sorting office/post office if delivery is not possible.

Royal Mail Guaranteed 1st Class

If orders are placed by Midday this will be sent out for guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day. This option includes: full tracking, with your confirmation email containing the tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

We thank you for your purchase and hope that you love it, however, we do understand that there may be an occasion when you need to return it.

Items can be returned in their original condition, with labels and packaging, within 28 days of receiving your order. Items can also be exchanged in store with proof of purchase or you can have a credit note to exchange later. Items such as earrings, body jewellery and sale goods are non-returnable.

We will send you a full refund for any items properly returned, to your original method of payment, this will not include the postage costs.

The cost incurred to return your purchase will unfortunately not be refunded.  We recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can easily be tracked back to us and that you obtain a proof of postage receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. Please allow up 3-5 working days for us to process your return and refund.
